Photo Realism Project: Retro Phone

1. As the artist of this piece, what was your main objective?

As the artist of this piece, my main objective was to remake the image that we chose by using the various tools and effects available in Photoshop.

2. What tools did you primarily use for this project?

For this project, the tools that I primarily used include the rectangle tool, the paint brush tool, the pen tool, the polygonal lasso tool, the text tool, etc.

3. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

Some of the challenges that I faced during this project include accurately making the swiggles at the top of the phone, making the highlights on the buttons and other parts of the phone, and trying my best to match the font of the phone with the fonts that I found online and in Photoshop.

4. The goal of drawing in the Photo Realistic style is to render every possible detail, with careful attention to accuracy of shape, color, form, values and effects. Do you think you accomplished this goal?

Yes, I think that I accomplished this goal.
